Welcome to Abide with Me Nutrition, LLC Terms & Conditions agreement. For the purpose of this agreement, the term “site” refers to our company’s website that can be reached at www.courtneywardayrd.com. The term “service” refers to the company’s services that can be accessed via the site. These services are for users to learn about health and nutrition through blog posts, recipes, newsletters, pdf download guides, and services that can be purchased. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refers to Abide with Me Nutrition, LLC. The term “you” refers to you, the user of our site and service.

The services allow you to learn about health and nutrition through blog posts, recipes, newsletters, pdf download guides, and services that can be purchased through Abide with Me Nutrition, LLC.

You agree that our company is only acting as a passive conduit for the online distribution for your user content. Our company, reverses the right to remove any User Content from the service at anytime depending on its discretion.

• You hereby agree that our company has the right to determine whether your submissions on your account are appropriate and comply with the terms and conditions of service. We have the right to remove any and/or all of your submissions and also terminate your account with or without prior notice. 

You hereby understand and agree that any liability, damage, or loss that happens as a result of any user content that is made available or access through your use of the service is solely your responsibility. Our company is not responsible for any misuse or public display of your content on your account. 

 

The site does not and cannot pre-screen or monitor all user content, however, at our discretion, we will monitor and/or record your interactions with other users and us.
