Hi, I'm Courtney!
I am a Catholic wife and mother of two miracle children. I am on a mission to bring hope to all women suffering the heavy cross of infertility and/or hormone imbalances. Both of these crosses I know deeply and intimately. I understand your pain, your longing, and the emotional roller coaster that goes along with it all. As a Registered Dietitian, I am here to give you a personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan that will help give your body the best chances of conception and help you balance your hormones. Let's get to the root of the problem together so we can offer the best solution!

I received my bachelor's degree and master's degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I also completed my Dietetic Internship at the University of Lincoln-Nebraska. I am a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Medical Nutrition Therapist.
Why Abide with Me Nutrition?

"Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it abides in the vine, so neither can you unless you abide in Me." -John 15:4

As I was prayerfully discerning a name for my company, the Holy Spirit kept leading me to the phrase "Abide with Me." It was a line in the 54 day rosary novena that my husband and I did during our infertility. I felt so much peace with this name, unless I abide in Jesus and He abides in me, I will not bear fruit. I want this company and all I do to glorify our Lord. He is at the center of everything for me and without Him, I am nothing.

I also thought of the term Abide in the sense of abiding with someone on a journey. One of the definitions of "abide" is to remain stable. I want all my clients to know that I am HERE on your journey. I will remain that stable person who truly cares and desires to help you along the way. I will actively pray for you and we will find a solution together.
What is Fertility Nutrition?

Are you wanting to conceive soon or are facing "unexplained" infertility? I believe no infertility is unexplained, but we just need to dig deeper. We are not in full control since God ultimately opens and closes the womb, but there are ways to improve chance of conception. Since experiencing secondary infertility, I have done a lot of research and become an expert in fertility nutrition. What you put in your body and how you treat it has a big impact on egg and sperm quality. Another crucial piece to the puzzle is your lifestyle including physical, emotional, and chemical stress along with sleep, exercise, and supplements. Inflammation and hormonal imbalances also can be creating barriers to conception. You and your partner have more control over your fertility then you realize!
